ABOUT THE ARTIST

Born and raised in Washington, DC, Sydney Noel began as a self-taught, makeup enthusiast during the fall of 2015. However, her enchantment with makeup artistry intensified during the spring of 2017 when she received a vitiligo diagnosis. With the spread of her autoimmune skin disorder, she abandoned minimalism in favor of letting her inner spotlight shine.

​Now, after earning both her B.S. in Software Engineering from George Mason University and her makeup certification from Axel Makeup Academy, she commands the limelight of the DC makeup scene with her signature avant-glam style. As a professional makeup artist, she knows that everyone deserves to feel like an A-lister, so she delivers superstar service.​
