Q: Why is my deposit non-refundable?
A: Your deposit is non-refundable because it reserves an appointment slot with me. It holds you accountable for coming to your appointment and ensures that no one else will be able to claim that time slot except for you. It also lessens the likelihood of having no-call, no-show clients.
Q: Which payment methods does Sydney Noel Artistry accept?
A: I accept Cash App ($sydneynoels), Venmo (@sydneynoels), Zelle (sydneynoels@gmail.com), and physical cash. When paying with physical cash, please bring the exact amount, as I do not provide change.
Q: Can I book a group appointment with you?
A: Contact me via email at sydneynoels@gmail.com with the details of your request, and I will further correspond with you about a group appointment. Expect a response within 48 to 72 hours.
Q: Are you available for on-set work (i.e. photoshoots, commercials, TV/Film, etc.)?

Q: If I bring my own false lashes, will you reduce the price of the requested service?
A: No, because I include both the price and the application of false lashes within the service. I do not use lashes provided by the client for sanitation reasons.
Q: Can I park at your home studio?
A: Yes! There's ample, free parking on the side streets less than one block away from my home studio, ensuring that you won't have a long walk or have to pay for parking. I send more details about this upon booking!
Q: Do you offer snacks and light refreshments?
A: Yes! I offer an assortment of snacks such as granola bars, M&Ms, Sour Patch Kids, and more in-studio. I also have bottles of water especially for my clients and students.
Q: Is your studio accessible to those with physical disabilities?
A: Unfortunately, my home studio location does not offer easy access for those who use wheelchairs, as I do not have a ramp installed yet. However, do not let this discourage you from booking, as I can work out another location option with you. I value making my services equitable for people with a diverse set of abilities.
